Many roles require a list of volunteers who either contribute regularly or give much needed occasional assistance and cover. If you would like any more information about a particular role or there is another activity you would like to help with don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Help on Concert evenings
- At the Box Office before the concert
- Selling programmes before the concert
- Serving interval tea & coffee
- Serving interval drinks to the performers
Help with the CD stall
- Selling before the concert and in the interval
Hospitality for the performers
- Meeting the performers on their arrival at the Kings Hall.
- Overnight hospitality: providing B&B for one or two artists
Summer brochure and ticket distribution
- Filling envelopes etc. – a morning or afternoon in late June
- Filling envelopes etc. – a morning or afternoon in early August
- Distributing brochures to local libraries etc. – late June
